We just completed a contract with Complete Builders (CBI) for a kitchen remodel and floor replacement throughout the house. From preliminary planning and refining the scope of work, Frank and his team were a pleasure to work with. Once work began the crew were very courteous and hard working. They began knocking out the assigned tasks at a good pace. As with any project unexpected problems arose but the CBI team took them in stride and came up with solutions and solved the issues. CBI was very fair and helped keep costs down. They are honest professionals that get the job done. We absolutely love the final renovations and would not hesitate to work with CBI again.

CBI did an outstanding job on our recent MBR/MBATH remodel! My first impression was the very detailed estimate that Frank provided. It was 8 pages long - while other estimated were just a final number without any detail. It was an obvious choice to choose CBI and they exceeded my expectation. Noe and his crew - Papa and Louis - showed up and went to work on day one. They cleaned up every day and were considerate of us as my wife and I both work from home. As the job progressed, other crew showed up with particular skills - Jimmy, who did the shower tile, was exceptional. Even Margaret, who runs the office, stopped by and made some pain color recommendations that we ended up selecting. I made the right choice with CBI - the right price (with no hidden charges or cost growths), the right crew and faster than the projected timeline!

I highly recommend Complete Builder's. Frank, the owner, and his assistant Margaret were a pleasure to work with. I had to do some major repairs to a rental property. Their team did top notch work. Their communication was above and beyond keeping me updated with each step of the project. They went above and beyond and assisted with additional punch list items at the end of the project. And at the conclusion, they made sure I was happy with the work and had no other needs they could help out with. I would definitely use them again should any needs arise.

Had a great experience with Frank, Margaret, and the rest of the team at CBI. We upgraded our pergola to create a true outdoor living space and are in love with the finished result. Frank and Margaret were constantly in touch throughout the course of the project, letting us know what was happening and when. The crew on the ground were extremely friendly and polite, whenever I was unable to visualize something the team would mock it up for me so I could make a clear decision on direction. All around great experience, good people, would 100% recommend and will most certainly use again for future projects.

Straightforward, professional, easy to work with. Even though Frank knew my project was no rush, his team made faster progress than other crews who have assured me I'm their first priority. Particularly fabulous about Frank is his detailed estimates: he specs actual fixtures in detail, so you can google them and know exactly what you're getting. Margaret in the office has a good color sense and can help with design ideas. They're patient and easy to communicate with. CBI is the way contracting SHOULD be done. So glad the neighbors referred me to them!

Frank and Margaret helped us renovate a 3-bedroom townhouse. The initial quote and any change orders throughout the process were all very reasonably priced. They were very communicative throughout the entire process, giving me updates frequently which was highly appreciated since I lived out of town during the renovation. They were very flexible and accommodating with our requests, and our design vision was carried out quite well. Already planning on using them again for our next project.

I can't recommend this company too highly. They were recommended by a neighbor who thought they did very good work. We had dry rot in two structural timbers in different spots. Frank Megura told us how he could support the house while replacing the wood and gave us a quote that was much less than I feared. His workmen were inventive professionals and finished the job in one day, including a primer and two coats of house paint. The cleanup was thorough and complete. We will certainly use them again when other problems arise.

I am so happy we went with CBI to do our bathroom renovation! They did an outstanding job, I think my favorite part of working with them was their really high level of communication. Frank was always available for a call to talk out any orders or next steps, and Margaret was also very attentive and let me know about scheduling and bills etc. I also found them to be very efficient and they were so quick about getting me the estimate and following the timeline. Also important- I did multiple estimates and they were the most reasonable and let me do what I wanted to do! I would definitely use them again in the future.

I'm delighted with my bathroom remodel! It was a complete gut job with shower wall reconstructed to include sliding window in an older, 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom house. Frank, Owner, & Margaret, Assistant, worked with me to order all the materials, fixtures, vanity, toilet, etc. in advance so that the job would be completed in 7 days. I was pleased that the original quote for the job was very close to what I paid. I knew that once the walls were opened, issues would most likely emerge that would add to the cost. Sure enough, the beams supporting the floor and shower wall were compromised and needed to be replaced. Frank sent me photos of the beams, advised me of the cost and received my approval prior to replacing. The quality of the work performed for the whole job was first-rate and all the workmen were courteous and friendly. Frank and Margaret were very conscientious about communicating with me regarding the status of the job and ensuring that high quality work was completed by the employees.

CBI did a great job flashing my deck. I had a chain company repair my deck (wish i would have known about CBI then!) and the flashing was not done, which was allowing water to creep in. As first time home owners we were so lucky to have CBI take care of everything, and I mean everything, we needed done to our new place.
